Where is my tracking number?
OPTION 1
Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number.
If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder as these “automated” type of emails can sometimes slip through the cracks.
OPTION 2
Login to your Delivery Crab account.
Select: My Account > Orders
On this screen you will find your complete Order History.
Click the View button next to the order in question.
From this screen you will be able to view the contents of the order as well as any notes that have been added to the order (which are identical to the emails you should receive).
If your order is listed as Complete, you should find your tracking number listed here as well.
If you order is listed as Processing, it has not been shipped yet. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Will you ship to _____________?
Delivery Crab currently ships orders to the following countries:
– United States (US)
– Canada
– United Kingdom (UK)
Are there additional fees for international orders?
Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees, and/or taxes related to an order. Because rates vary, we are unable to answer questions regarding your country’s import duties and/or taxes.
We will not intentionally under-declare the value of a package or declare the package as a gift, for the express purpose of avoiding import duties, fees, and/or taxes.
If you refuse a shipment because of your country’s import duties, fees, and/or taxes, we will refund your order subtotal, minus any fees required for us to accept the returned package, once the package has been returned to us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, when certain requirements are met.
In the United States: Delivery Crab offers free shipping on all orders over $35.
In Canada: Delivery Crab offers free shipping on all orders over $299.
In the United Kingdom: Delivery Crab offers free shipping on all orders over $299.
If your order meets or exceeds the free shipping requirement, the Free Shipping option will appear for you to select during checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Generally, no. Due to the nature of Lightseekers (i.e. the digital app with one-time card scans) we do not accept returns of opened product.
If for some reason you need to return sealed product, please contact us for further information.
Lightseekers FAQ
Are the cards scanned or claimed?
No. All cards are purchased new and are shipped unscanned.
How are the cards handled?
Cards are placed in penny sleeves as soon as they are received. All singles remain sleeved while they are in our possession.
Foil cards are immediately placed in top loaders as well to minimize the bending/warping that is inevitable with this type of card. For large orders (greater than 20 cards) Foil cards will be removed from the top loader (still in the penny sleeve) in order to be packed and shipped.
How are the cards shipped?
Delivery Crab has a few packing and shipping methods dependent on what you order.
Singles: 20 Cards or Less
For orders of 20 cards or less, each card will be placed in a penny sleeve and a top loader. All top loaders will be placed in a team bag (no tape used). These cards will be shipped in a padded mailer.
Singles: More Than 20 Cards
For orders greater than 20 cards, each card will be placed in a penny sleeve. These cards will be packed and shipped in a card storage box.
Sets
Cards purchased as a set will be placed in penny sleeves and shipping in a card storage box.
Grab Bags
Cards purchased as a grab bag will be packed (un-sleeved) in a deck box, hinged plastic case, or similar. (Exact shipping container is based on size of the lot.)
